Program Manager
Essential Function: Provide managerial direction, oversight and hands-on support for networks, operational help desks, WAN operations, and distributed collaborative services. Provides leadership and guidance to staff and serves as a principal contact with customer(s) and corporate officials. Responsible for managing all aspects of programs and oversees the program budget, schedule, and compliance with contractual requirements.


Essential Knowledge: Five to 15 years experience in US Department of Transportation or US Army IT environments desired. Program and customer management experience; good PC skills with extensive experience using Microsoft Office products including MS Project; video and voice technologies, help desk operations, LAN/WAN management.


Essential Skills: Excellent interpersonal and customer relations skills. Must be able to multitask and adapt to changing priorities. Proven written and oral communication skills are required. Solid technical and supervisory skills.
Education Required: BS degree. Organizational "fit" consideration.


Project Manager

Essential Knowledge: Two to four years’ relevant experience in a lead or project management role in US Department of Transportation or US Army IT environments. Project and customer management experience; good PC skills with extensive experience using Microsoft Office products including MS Project; video and voice technologies, help desk operations, LAN/WAN management.

Help Desk Supervisor
Essential Function: Supervise a staff of Customer Service/Help Desk Assistants and/or junior level Administrators who accept calls to a customer service/help desk and record detailed information about the nature of the call and problems identified. Provide assistance after referring to established procedures, guidelines, techniques, and standard products and applications available on PCs and file servers.

Essential Knowledge: Five to seven years’ experience in a customer service/help desk environment or as a LAN/WAN administrator in US Department of Transportation or US Army IT environments. Minimum one to two years’ performing supervisory role.

Essential Skills: Excellent interpersonal and customer relations skills. Must be knowledgeable of standard office suites, microcomputer workstations, and configuration and repair of PCs and peripherals.

Education Required: Associate’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline; BS preferred. Organizational "fit" consideration.


Director of Operations
Extensive experience with full budget and P/L responsibility.  Minimum 10 years experience in simulation industry with Flight Simulation, ASW background. Candidate with an Engineering degree preferred.

Flight Simulation Engineer
Approximately 5-10 years experience with flight systems engineering design, software development, aero, engines, on-board systems, aerodynamics and flight control systems and propulsion systems.  Simulated/stimulated systems include radar, sonar, weapons and ocean environment.  Engineering degree preferred.

Internet/Intranet Developers
3+ years experience with design, development and implementation of web-enabled applications.  Experience with any of the following: HTML, CGI programming, JAVA, PERL, etc.

Business Developer
Candidate will be responsible for the life-cycle of business development to include: producing new leads, follow-up contacts, proposal writing and management.
