The Schultz Center is a training organization with a broad customer base comprised principally of all foreign affairs community employees. The goals, objectives and scope of the required services follow from the mission of the Dept of State which is to create a more secure democratic and prosperous world for the benefit of the American people and international community.
The contract is designed to maximize customer service levels while optimizing the use of contractor support. The contract provides for security cleared individuals (if necessary) for timely and quality processing of these task orders. The contract provides for administrative, analytical, budget analysis, procurement assistants, audio visual specialist and analytical researchers.
