FTSS III

The Fielded Training Systems Support (FTSS) Contract is a group of multiple award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity Contracts (ID/IQCs) intended to furnish the Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) with a streamlined, quick reaction vehicle to support fielded training systems. There are two lots of contracts awarded under the FTSS vehicle – Lot I is full and open and Lot II is for small business set-asides. Under the Lot II contract, MES is one of only five awardees that can compete for task orders.

The FTSS program has been serving this requirement as a Multiple Award Contract (MAC) since FY 2000 and is entering its third generation. Under FTSS, MES provides Contractor Operations and Maintenance Services (COMS), which include:

  • Training Device Operations

  • Maintenance

  • Supply Support

  • Information Assurance (IA)

  • Technical Data Verification (TDV)

  • Access Control

  • Janitorial

  • Trainer Modification Support

  • Trainer Space Prep

  • Contractor Instruction Services (CIS)

  • Training Device Relocation (TDR)

  • Training Systems Management (TSM)

  • Training Device Modification (TDM)

  • Spares and Product Support

  • In-Service Engineering Office (ISEO) Support (ancillary to COMS support)
